Pre-Boilermaker Picnic
June 30, 2009 - The annual STC pre-Boilermaker picnic will take place on Thursday July 9th, after the Green Lakes workouts, as tradition dictates. Meet at the Lakeview picnic area at 6pm for a short run. The STC will provide the dogs and burgers; bring a dish to pass and your own beverage.
Syracuse Track Club Awards Scholarships
June 26, 2009- The Syracuse Track Club recently announced its twelfth annual Constantino Scholarship winners. Overall winners Jennifer Randall of Cincinnatus High School, and Dustin Cox of Pulaski High School, were awarded scholarships of $1,000 each. Runner-up awards of $500 each, sponsored by Wilber-Duck Chevrolet & Buick of Oneida, went to Rebecca Bloom of Tully High School, and Mitchell Switzer of Phoenix High School. The scholarships are given to high school senior runners by the Syracuse Track Club in honor of George Constantino, the late Nottingham track coach and a founder of the club.
10th Wilber-Duck Mile Results
June 23, 2009 - Despite the day-long threat of rain, the 10th edition of the Wilber-Duck mile went off on a beautiful Friday evening in Oneida ("It's always a great day at Wilber-Duck Chevrolet!") Nine male runners finished in under 5 minutes, lead by winner Alex Grout. The female winner was Hollie Marcelle. Complete results here. .

Boilermaker Bus
June 26, 2009 - The STC Boilermaker Bus has sold out. The bus will leave from the downtown YMCA promptly at 5:45 am race day, drop off at the starting area, and be waiting near the party area after the race. It will return to the YMCA at approximately 2 pm.
